Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, damaged packaging).
Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@dariopieber within 7 days of receiving the item.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: If you are approved for an exchange due to a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
