  • Delays: Please note that there may be delays beyond our control due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Worldwide):

    • Cost: Free
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-9 business days
  • DHL Shipping (Worldwide):

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For international orders, the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
